The European Court of Justice has once again placed obstacles in the way of member states in the area of migration policy, according to Viktor Marsai, director of Migration Research Institute and lecturer at the National University of Public Service. Marsai believes that judicial activism will ultimately render the European Union incapable of establishing an effective asylum system.
