Júlia Felegyi
She obtained her first BA degree at ZMNE University in Security and Defense Policy, then she earned a specialized degree in migration from the Faculty of Law Enforcement at the National University of Public Service (NKE). She earned her MA in International Security and Defense Policy while working for the Immigration and Citizenship Office (OIF). She completed internships at temporary reception centers, the Asylum Department of the OIF, and the NNI International Crime Department’s Section for Combating Illegal Migration. She received her doctorate in 2023 from the NKE Doctoral School of Military Sciences. Her doctoral research focused on the changing migration policies of European destination countries, and her work was motivated by the desire to improve the efficiency of European asylum procedures. Her current research is primarily on migration routes to Europe, and on Turkey.
