The article by our junior researcher Róbert Gönczi was recently published in the international academic journal European Foreign Affairs. In his analysis, our colleague sought to answer the question whether the Visegrad Group (V4) and the Three Seas Initiative can co-exist or are they mutually exclusive? According to the study, Hungary’s participation in the Central European project initiated by the Polish state could also be beneficial if it is intended to complement the V4 rather than replace it.
