How does the new EU migration package look like? How outdated are international asylum regulations in the light of modern challenges? What regulates the influx of climate refugees, and what rules guarantee their access to the asylum system? On the 23 of September these questions were discussed at a joint conference of the Migration Research Institute and the Center for Fundamental Rights.
