Anna Fülöp obtained a Master’s degree in History of International Relations and of Europe at the Sorbonne in Paris and a Master’s degree in International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. She studied European politics and public administration at the College of Europe in Bruges. Her scientific monography in French was published under the title „La Transylvanie dans les relations roumano-hongroises vues du Quai d’Orsay 1944-1947” (The question of Transylvania in Romanian-Hungarian diplomatic relations in the perception of French diplomats 1944-1947). In the past ten years, she has been civil servant in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, a human rights diplomat at the Permanent Mission of Hungary to the UN and WTO in Geneva, a researcher at the Institute of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and a seconded national expert in the field of energy-, climate- and water diplomacy at the European External Action Service in Brussels. She joined the Migration Research Institute in December 2023 as French expert.
